About me
As a dietitian-nutritionist, I immerse myself to the maximum to make sure each person I accompany feels heard, understood and motivated. Through a rigorous anamnesis I identify the factors that are at the root of the problem, so I can design an integrative, sustainable and scientifically supported approach. I believe that when the patient understands what happens in their body, they empower themselves. That is why I explain in simple language the mechanisms of the pathophysiology involved. For me, the therapeutic relationship is as important as the nutritional treatment since when there is confidence, there is adherence and with it, true progress.
